The Move Together Pilates Challenge - Join Me!

I’ve sung the praises of The Balanced Life Sisterhood so many times here. I’ve been doing pilates at home with The Balanced Life for 8 years now, since right after I had my second daughter at home! Pilates has completely changed my core strength and stability, and I can see how the mobility I have now will only continue to help me for years to come as I creep further into my 40s. Ahem. Robin Long, the founder of The Balanced Life, is like your BFF doing pilates with you in your living room. Since I started doing her workouts in 2014, I’ve so appreciated how she fosters healthy and strong body image over being a certain size or appearance. My body seriously craves it now, and it goes hand-in-hand with the heavy lifting, more explosive actions of farming tasks - my core is more strengthened and I’m more in control of my body so I can feel stable when I do things on the farm.

Basically, I think pilates with The Balanced Life is a beautiful way for ANY woman to feel stronger in all kinds of ways.

The Balanced Life is launching a new FREE challenge on March 14th, and I’d love for you to be a part of it!

Move Together is a 5 day challenge where you can do quick, easy, and fulfilling pilates workouts at home. I do the short but effective workouts in my living room or even on the front porch on warm days (oh hey, neighbors!! haha). Will you join me?
