The Kindred Life Podcast Ep. 12: Showing Up

When is a time you felt really “seen?” In this episode, we explore the topic of vulnerability and how we can “host” people by showing up in our raw, authentic selves. Showing up in our vulnerability imparts a gift. And it opens us up to see other people who might be getting lost in the crowd.

In the name of vulnerability, I share a kinda embarrassing story about when I met one of my favorite authors, what I learned, and what I would have done differently if I’d had the chance. 🫣 As usual, we have a gratefulness practice at the end that will leave you with an opportunity to engage in your own life.

For a breath of fresh inspiration, listen in! 💛
